Compliance Testing Manager

• Design, manage, and execute the Compliance Assurance Plan. • Drive the evolution of our Compliance Independent Testing Team (CITT) through automation, data-driven monitoring, and modern control-testing practices. • Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Compliance Testers across United States and Costa Rica, responsible for conducting independent reviews, control testing, validation, and monitoring activities. • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to ensure technical rigor, consistency, and professional growth. • Partner with Compliance SMEs, Legal, Technology, Product, and Operational leaders to ensure alignment between testing activities and business risks. • Oversee the Compliance Annual Testing Calendar.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of compliance testing, audit, risk management, or regulatory experience from banking, payments, fintech, or consumer data organizations.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, leading and developing compliance testing or audit teams.
  • Expertise in regulatory frameworks such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Gramm‑Leach‑Bliley Act (GLBA), Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP), and other federal and state regulations applicable to consumer reporting agencies, payments, and financial data ecosystems.
  • Experience with Archer (Control Engagement, Control Review, documented control testing).
  • Analytical expertise with the ability to evaluate data, understand technical processes, and translate complex findings into business friendly insights.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field.

Role Description The Payroll Tax Reporting Compliance Analyst is responsible for analyzing, reporting, and ensuring compliance with payroll and tax regulations.
