Role Description - Provide Level 2 functional support for SAP HCM, Payroll, Time Management, and Travel Management within agreed SLAs. - Investigate and resolve incidents on a day-to-day basis, including post-go-live hypercare support. - Analyze root causes and propose sustainable solutions. - Support payroll and travel expense cycles to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are solved correctly and in a prompt and professional manner. - Perform SAP configuration and minor enhancements based on business requirements. - Conduct impact analysis and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs). - Support UAT and regression testing, including test script preparation and execution. - Provide end-user support, advice, and training. - Participate in data migration activities and validation. - Support cross-functional integrations (HCM–FI, workflows, SuccessFactors, etc.) - Maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials. - Clearly communicate escalated issues to Tier 3. - Implement any necessary preventive measures to reduce customer faults and issues. - Effectively coordinate support activities across multiple projects simultaneously, by ensuring priorities are balanced. - Proactively initiates, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with team members; cooperates with a variety of people to achieve results. Qualifications - 3–6 years of SAP HCM experience. - Strong hands-on experience in Payroll, Time Management and Travel management configuration. - Fluent in English. - Ability to work remotely and on multiple projects. - Exposure to SuccessFactors EC Payroll and integrations. - Strong problem solving and communication skills. - Able to multi-task efficiently under time pressure. - Analytical skills for SLA, KPI, and incident trend reporting. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Proficiency in ITIL practices and service management tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, BMC Helix). - Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus. About the Role This position involves handling increasingly difficult and complex assignments/solutions and formally supporting the Team Manager as a leader on your team. Able to work independently troubleshoot and problem-solve, except in new or unique situations that require Health Nav Team Manager intervention or guidance. You will support operational planning and act as the primary member facing contact on client accounts. Responsibilities - Serving as the dedicated Health Pro communicator on client accounts and support as back-up as needed. Additionally, they are positioned in client marketing materials as the primary contact for customers. - Supporting the Team Manager with daily operational planning and problem-solving to ensure aligned teams meet performance, production, and quality expectations. - Providing leadership support for filling in for Team Manager as needed. Addressing urgent needs, attending ongoing meetings, and continuing performance conversations in manager’s absence. - Mentoring Health Pros to improve their delivery for our clients. - Acting as a patient advocate daily by representing the patient from all angles of the healthcare industry. - Researching involves conducting provider research, producing quality care recommendations, cost comparisons, and medical bill processing analysis (see Health Pro Consultant portrait). - Representing Healthcare Navigation in client presentations, particularly open enrollment sessions, serving as the client population expert. - Initiating process improvements and the development of training content. Requirements - Be a Senior Health Pro Specialist or Health Pro Consultant for at least 1 year. Be a Health Pro Specialist for at least 1.5 years. - 3 years’ experience in a benefits-related role or Bachelor’s, Associate’s. - Able to work independently while providing support in a team environment. - Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Possess ability and desire to learn continually in a changing environment. - Be a critical thinker and problem-solver. - Able to efficiently organize work activities to meet deadlines. - Able to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in dynamic and evolving environment. - Desire to learn continually in a changing environment.
