System Configuration and Security - Provide functional support across Workday modules, with strong emphasis on HCM, Absence, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Financial Reporting, HCM Reporting, and Security - Configure and maintain security roles and role-based access to ensure proper data visibility and compliance. - Support Workday integrations and EIB inbound/outbound data flows, including troubleshooting and testing. - Assist with Workday semi-annual release activities, including testing, validation, and impact assessment. User Support & Collaboration End-User & Transactional Support (Secondary) Respond to routine Workday support requests in a timely manner, including: - Password resets - HCM transactional corrections - Data updates and basic system inquiries - Access updates - Reporting inquiries Ensure service-level expectations are met while prioritizing higher-complexity analyst work.
