Client Systems Administrator – Web and Server Services
Impact Advisors
• Install, configure, and maintain Epic web and server-based client components • Support IIS-hosted Epic services, middleware, and certificate management • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability • Troubleshoot server-side issues impacting Epic access and session stability • Plan and execute Epic client and web services upgrades • Participate in integrated testing and user acceptance testing • Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for Epic client issues • Collaborate with Epic application, infrastructure, network, and security teams • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and configuration standards • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, IT security, and audit requirements • Support SSO, MFA, Active Directory, and certificate-based authentication
Job Requirements
- Epic Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) certification
- 3+ years of IT systems administration experience
- Experience supporting Epic client web services
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, DNS
- Experience with certificates, authentication, and load-balanced web services
- Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
