Sales Readiness Specialist

• Assist with the development and tracking of sales readiness plans, timelines, and deliverables including product launches, sales materials, pricing changes, and process updates. • Coordinate updates and logistics across Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and aligned materials. • Support internal communication related to readiness initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are informed and expectations are clear. • Support cross-functional teams in coordinating go-to-market activities that drive sales readiness and revenue growth. • Translate GTM inputs into rep-ready materials, such as playbooks, talk tracks, FAQs, pitch decks, and process guides under the direction of senior team members. • Ensure that all enablement assets are accurate, timely, and aligned with strategic goals. • Assist in identifying sales training needs using performance metrics, feedback loops, and product or process changes. • Support the design and delivery of training sessions for sales meetings, demos, onboarding, and ongoing development programs. • Facilitate new-hire onboarding activities and contribute to continuous learning initiatives to maintain sales team confidence and preparedness. • Maintain organized, accurate documentation and readiness materials to ensure alignment across teams. • Update and manage templates, training documents, process guides, and other enablement assets according to established standards. • Ensure all readiness materials are consistently stored, version-controlled, and easily accessible to sales teams.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Project Coordination, or a related function.
- Experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and manage timelines.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating sales-oriented content such as playbooks, guides, or training materials.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet, etc)
- Proficiency in creating polished documentation and presentations (Google or Microsoft).
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or technology-driven organizations, preferred.
- Background in training, instructional design, or adult learning principles, preferred.
- Understanding of GTM planning and product launch processes, preferred.
- Experience analyzing sales performance trends to identify skill gaps or content needs, preferred.
