• Manage the day-to-day administration of NetSuite. • Design, build, and maintain customizations for our financial and operational modules. • Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite users across the organization. • Oversee the integrity and accuracy of financial and operational data within NetSuite. • Collaborate with various departments to understand business requirements and implement effective solutions within NetSuite. • Assist the accounting team during month-end and year-end close processes. • Design, build, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other financial and operational systems.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a systems administration role with a strong focus on NetSuite, supporting both finance and operations.
  • Strong proficiency in customizing NetSuite's financial, inventory, and manufacturing modules.
  • Demonstrated experience building complex workflows using SuiteFlow.
  • Familiarity with SuiteScripts (JavaScript-based scripting) for business process automation.
  • Expertise in creating saved searches and custom reports for financial and operational analysis.
  • Strong understanding of core accounting principles (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) and supply chain concepts.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate cross-functional business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of business stakeholders.
