Role Description We are building modern, highly customized digital applications on top of the Ignition platform to support complex discrete manufacturing operations at a heavy industry. This role is not a traditional HMI or panel-screen configuration position. We are looking for engineers who bring strong web development fundamentals, software engineering discipline, and an interest in applying those skills to real-time industrial systems. - Design and develop responsive industrial web applications using Ignition Perspective and supporting web technologies. - Extend Ignition’s out-of-the-box components using JavaScript, CSS, and Python scripting to meet complex business and operational requirements. - Build modular, maintainable application architectures that support long-term scalability and reuse. - Integrate applications with industrial and enterprise systems including: - SQL databases - SAP - Sharepoint - Active Directory - OPC and historian data sources (Kepware, Canary, etc.) - REST APIs - Design efficient data models and queries optimized for real-time operational use. - Work directly with operations, engineers, IT, business stakeholders, and business analysts to translate manufacturing workflows into digital solutions. - Design interfaces and workflows optimized for industrial users operating in high-tempo production environments. - Help develop and extend dev team standards and tools to improve team performance. - Implement robust error handling, logging, and diagnostics. - Ensure solutions meet performance, security, reliability, and compliance requirements. - Produce clear technical documentation and solution architecture diagrams. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 5 - 7 Years of practical Ignition experience including custom development and integration services. - Equivalent practical experience will be considered. - Familiarity with concepts such as MES, SCADA, HMI, OPC, historians, or IioT. - Strong experience with web UI development concepts, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Responsive design and modern UI patterns. - Proficiency in Python scripting for application logic and automation. - Solid experience working with SQL databases and relational data models. - Experience integrating external systems using REST APIs or web services. - Ability to design maintainable, modular software — not just single-purpose screens. - Experience with manufacturing, industrial automation, or operational systems. - Ability to understand production workflows, machine data, and real-time operational constraints. Requirements - The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $65,200 - $169,000. - Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. - The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. - It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. - In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws. • Lead enterprise JAMA Connect configuration, administration, and governance. • Improve workflows, tool performance, and user experience in partnership with external consultants. • Integrate JAMA Connect with engineering tools (e.g., JIRA, test management systems) and support scalable ecosystem growth. • Build enterprise traceability reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and requirements quality processes. • Establish standards for reviews, baselines, V&V reporting, and partner specification management. • Develop training materials, best‑practice guides, and onboarding resources to support enterprise adoption. • Align processes across business units, including the Automotive BU, to ensure consistent requirements management practices.

• Contribute to Lustre architecture and lead implementation of new features across core subsystems including MDS/OSS, LDLM, DNE, DoM, FLD, layout, snapshot, quota, security, and recovery • Write high-performance, production-grade code across the Lustre kernel module, user-space utilities, and supporting libraries • Own the full development lifecycle for major features, from design and coding through testing, performance tuning, and upstream patch submission • Improve scalability for multi-petabyte Lustre environments, including metadata performance, I/O path optimization, and integration with modern interconnects and storage fabrics • Modernize Lustre internals through kernel API updates, locking improvements, RDMA enhancements, and cloud/container-oriented capabilities • Prototype and evaluate emerging technologies such as NVMe-oF, CXL, and other next-generation storage approaches for potential Lustre integration • Strengthen regression, stress, and performance validation using tools such as IOR, mdtest, fio, and custom Lustre test tooling • Perform deep code-level performance analysis using Lustre tracing tools, perf, lockstat, and kernel profilers • Work closely with Principal Engineers, hardware teams, and application owners to translate real workload needs into practical Lustre improvements • Mentor other developers and contribute design docs, technical guides, and engineering reviews

• Integrate data from customer building systems and platforms into Ameresco’s AssetPlanner™ platform • Evaluate each site to determine the most effective approach for data extraction and integration • Configure, deploy, and support on-site gateways and edge devices for reliable data collection • Map building automation system (BAS) points and deploy fault detection and performance analytics • Configure dashboards, alerts, and workflows to support operations and decision-making • Integrate utility and energy data from utility providers, submeters, and third-party sources • Tune analytics, rules, and thresholds to improve accuracy and actionable insights over time • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle • Communicate project status, technical challenges, and expected timelines clearly and proactively • Support customers during onboarding and early adoption to ensure successful outcomes • Monitor data streams and system connectivity to ensure data completeness, quality, and integrity • Troubleshoot integration, networking, and data issues and drive timely resolution • Document configurations, lessons learned, and best practices to support scalable deployments
