Job Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to build trust, drive accountability, and develop high-performing support teams.
  • Deep knowledge of end user support operations, service desk management, endpoint administration, and employee-facing IT services.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related productivity technologies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Slack.
  • Strong expertise managing Windows and macOS endpoint environments in a corporate setting using MDM platforms such as Intune and Jamf.

  • Prior experience in a regulated environment (e.g. finance, healthcare) with exposure to NIST, ISO, or similar frameworks.

Providing formulary decision support through appropriate cost modeling, rebate forecasting and budget impact analysis will be an ever-increasing responsibility as more client custom formularies are being implemented and contracted. The AP program is rapidly expanding its development of instructional and assessment products under the leadership of the growing Assessment Production team. About the Opportunity As the Associate Director, AP Bilingual Editorial Quality (Spanish/English), you will ensure all AP assessment materials are consistent in style and reflect the high level of quality AP teachers and students expect from the College Board. You should have demonstrated editorial expertise in both English and Spanish and a keen eye for detail, as well as the demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, work independently on tight deadlines, and collaborate with numerous stakeholders.
