Role Description This role is key to expanding Gamma’s presence in the enterprise and public sector markets through indirect channels. You will work closely with Systems Integrators, BPOs, managed CX providers, and other strategic partners to deliver Gamma’s solutions to large-scale customers in the UK and Europe. Key Responsibilities - Partner Recruitment and Growth: - Identify, target and recruit new partners that align with Gamma’s strategic goals and partner profile (e.g. BPOs, GSIs, MSPs and CX specialists). - Build a sustainable pipeline of prospective partners through outreach activities, networking, events and vendor relationships. - Develop existing partners with high performance potential. - Partner Performance and Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, multilevel relationships with key stakeholders within partner organisations developing trusted advisor relationships. - Co-create and implement strategic partner plans, including joint business objectives and go-to-market strategies. - Pipeline Development & Deal Management: - Collaborate with partners to uncover and develop end-customer opportunities that drive mutual success. - Ensure all sales opportunities are fully qualified and Gamma’s solutions are well-matched to customer needs. - Organise and lead partner enablement activities such as account mapping, sales training, and call-out days. - Collaborate with Gamma’s and partners’ marketing teams to maximise lead generation and campaign outcomes. - Provide regular updates and reporting on partner performance, pipeline development, and key metrics. - When required, represent Gamma at industry events, conferences, and partner forums. Qualifications - Proven success with both in-direct and direct sales within the enterprise and/or public sector. - Experience building and managing successful partner relationships. - Strong understanding of solution-based selling and value proposition development. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Experience in working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams. Role Description As Account Director – Business Development, Service Provider, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new service provider partners in Germany while also driving significant growth with a select group of high-potential new partners in the UK. Reporting into the Head of New Business, this is a hybrid role combining new partner acquisition with early-stage partner growth and development, ensuring new relationships scale rapidly and profitably. - Identify, target, and acquire new service provider partners across Germany, aligned to Gamma’s Service Provider growth strategy. - Develop a deep understanding of the German service provider and carrier landscape, including regulatory, commercial, and competitive dynamics. - Build strong executive-level relationships with prospective partners, positioning Gamma as a long-term strategic supplier. - Own and grow a portfolio of newly onboarded, high-potential UK service provider partners, driving rapid revenue acceleration post-signature. - Identify expansion opportunities across Gamma’s UCaaS/CCaaS, connectivity, and cloud portfolio, developing joint growth plans with partners. - Act as the senior commercial point of contact during the early lifecycle of the partner relationship. - Lead complex, multi-stakeholder commercial opportunities, including pricing, commercials, and contractual negotiations. - Personally close high-value, strategically important deals in both Germany and the UK. - Work closely with relevant business areas to ensure partner propositions are compelling and locally relevant. - Ensure smooth handover of partners into longer-term account management or strategic account teams where appropriate. - Own and manage an accurate new business and growth pipeline, maintaining strong forecasting discipline through Gamma’s CRM systems. - Proactively identify risks and blockers within deals and partner engagements, driving timely resolution. Qualifications - Significant experience in telecoms, UCaaS, cloud communications, or connectivity, with a strong background in service provider or carrier sales. - Proven track record of new business acquisition and early-stage partner growth. - Experience managing and closing complex, high-value B2B or carrier-level deals. - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to operate credibly at executive level. - Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Germany. - Existing network within the German and/or wider European service provider ecosystem (desirable). - Experience working in international or cross-border sales roles (desirable). - Familiarity with Gamma’s portfolio, wholesale, or channel models (desirable).
