• Capture high-quality residential and commercial interior/exterior images. • Execute additional services including 2D Floor Plans, Matterport tours, and Drone/Aerial imagery (if applicable) • Maintain a professional, punctual, and friendly presence on-site. • Upload raw files by 10:00 PM EST on the day of the shoot.
Job Requirements
- Experience: with professional Real Estate or Architectural Photography
- Gear: Full-frame DSLR or Mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens (16mm–17mm equivalent) and a sturdy tripod. (Canon/Nikon preferred).
- Mobility: Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
- Soft Skills: An impeccable eye for detail, strong communication, and a 'customer-first' attitude.
- Favorable Skills: FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Drone Certified). Experience with Matterport or similar 360° technology. Professional Videography skills. Advanced shooting techniques (HDR, Flambient, etc.).
