itD is seeking a Vendor Management Associate to support operational excellence by managing vendor data, onboarding processes, and compliance within Procure-to-Pay workflows. This role plays a key part in ensuring supplier data accuracy, payment integrity, and seamless vendor operations. The ideal candidate will bring experience in vendor management, data validation, and procurement processes, along with a proven track record of maintaining high data accuracy and improving operational efficiency. Responsibilities:• Maintain and update the global Supplier Master System, ensuring accuracy of supplier tax, banking, and contact details.• Review and approve vendor onboarding requests in compliance with internal controls and established processes.• Execute supplier profile updates, including critical data such as tax IDs, legal names, and banking information.• Perform detailed validations to ensure data accuracy and prevent duplicate or incomplete records.• Communicate with global suppliers to collect required documentation, resolve discrepancies, and support onboarding and maintenance.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline Procure-to-Pay workflows.• Support quality assurance processes by validating supplier data against compliance and control standards.• Track, prioritize, and resolve issues impacting supplier data quality and operational efficiency.• Maintain and update documentation and procedures related to supplier onboarding and data management.• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and payment policies, including managing holds for missing or invalid documentation.
