OVERVIEW The Company U.S. Financial Technology (U.S. FinTech) is seeking an experienced Associate, Technology II to join our team of talented professionals. This is a full-time remote opportunity. U.S. FinTech built and operates the largest and most advanced mortgage securitization platform in the world, supporting the Uniform Mortgage-Backed Security (UMBS) of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Supporting 70% of the mortgage-backed securities in the market, U.S. FinTech provides best-in-class single-family issuance, bond administration, disclosure, and tax services. RESPONSIBILITIES Job Information US FinTech is looking for a motivated application developer who is passionate about using technology to solve business needs. In this role, the successful candidate will be part of IT development, maintenance, and technical support work for systems used by various business divisions, including but not limited to HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Infrastructure, and Information Security. This candidate will need to work well in a team environment, operate independently with limited oversight, and effectively manage time across multiple commitments. Key Job Functions - Application Development - Engage with project stakeholders to understand business needs and IT specifications. - Prototype and design systems based on requirements and architecture specifications. - Participate in design, code, and other relevant project reviews. - Develop, improve, test, document, and implement solutions in various business applications and technologies. - Fulfill production requests, and troubleshoot, triage, and resolve production issues/incidents by applying appropriate technical/development fix. - Design, develop, implement, and shakeout infrastructure upgrades, fixes and patches impacting business applications. QUALIFICATIONS Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum Experience - Minimum 1-3 years of related experience. - Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future. Pay Range $94,250 to $107,500 U.S. FinTech's pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
