Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future As a UX Designer within the Lennar Technology Group (LTG), you will spearhead the design of innovative, internal-facing digital tools aimed at revolutionizing how Lennar identifies, evaluates, and acquires land. You will craft intuitive software that simplifies highly complex land acquisition processes, including market research, financial underwriting, feasibility studies, and deal pipeline management. By understanding the needs of internal teams and executive stakeholders, you will design data-dense, highly functional enterprise interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Management and Engineering to ensure our land tools seamlessly integrate and drive operational efficiency across Lennar’s national footprint. Your Responsibilities on the Team - Design and develop end-to-end user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for Lennar’s Land Acquisition platform. - Translate complex land evaluation stages into clear, approachable, and highly functional user interfaces. - Design and iterate on key platform features including maps, financial underwriting dashboards, document management workflows, and pipeline tracking. - Partner with business stakeholders and data teams to ensure tools align with backend processes, data models, and CRM systems. - Conduct user research, contextual inquiries, and usability testing with Lennar’s land professionals to gather feedback, identify workflow pain points, and iteratively reduce friction in the land acquisition journey. - Apply and contribute to the evolution of Lennar’s enterprise design system, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines, data visualization best practices, and accessibility standards. - Facilitate internal reviews and presentations of design concepts to cross-functional teams and executive leadership, clearly articulating design rationale and its impact on operational efficiency. Requirements 3-5+ years of professional experience in product design or UX/UI design, with a track record of designing complex, enterprise-grade software products. Proven expertise in designing intuitive web applications and complex internal tools. Portfolio showcasing comprehensive UX thinking, data visualization, and user-centered design methodologies applied to enterprise platforms. High proficiency in design and prototyping tools, with a specific requirement for Figma and related prototyping tools. Ability to translate complex financial, operational, or geospatial workflows into simple, actionable user interfaces. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and specialized business stakeholders. Solid grasp of responsive web design principles, accessibility standards, and experience building or contributing to design systems.
