Role Summary The Training Specialist delivers structured customer training to drive successful onboarding and foundational adoption of Keeper’s cybersecurity platforms. This role focuses on delivering standard training programs, building product proficiency, and enabling customers to securely manage passwords, secrets, and privileged access using established materials and best practices. The Training Specialist ensures customers understand core functionality, adopt security best practices, and confidently begin using Keeper’s solutions. The TTM aims to optimize IT return on investment by increasing employee productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Essential Job Functions are below. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Works with the Director of IT Project Management to develop a Technology Training Program that supports WestCare staff on software and hardware used throughout the enterprise. Develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates an engaging and effective new employee technology orientation program addressing common onboarding requirements. Conducts weekly “Technology Onboarding” live webinars for new hires. Conducts monthly “Digital Deep Dives” webinars showcasing tips and techniques for enterprise hardware and software. Conducts periodic enterprise-wide technology training/needs assessments and recommends program changes, updates, and/or improvements. Develops and maintains user-friendly instructional materials related to the training of applications and systems including eLearning solutions as well as assisting in the testing and documentation of applications and settings for new systems and software. Materials may consist of manuals, quick reference guides, knowledgebase articles, interactive simulations, instructional videos, and supporting documentation, and will be provided whenever possible in both English and Spanish.
