• Proactively hunt for new business and open new opportunities • Source, advance, and close deals from first conversation through close • Convert inbound interest that originates from product usage into active sales opportunities • Identify product usage patterns within target accounts and use those signals to expand conversations and open larger opportunities • Own and manage opportunities through the sales process, including discovery and negotiation • Maintain consistent deal volume across self-sourced and product-assisted opportunities • Clearly communicate product value and connect solutions to customer business outcomes and ROI • Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to support company growth
Job Requirements
- Approximately 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role
- Proven ability to hunt for new business and consistently close deals
- Experience owning opportunities from first conversation through close
- Comfort navigating more complex sales conversations and negotiations
- Experience managing multiple transactions in parallel within a given quarter
- Background selling value-based solutions rather than one-call transactional offerings
- Ability to clearly explain business value and ROI to customers

Role Description We are looking for talented, high performing team players to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving monthly revenue goals by qualifying, developing, and closing sales in Accounting and Wealth Management firms. You will work with firms that are new to BILL to identify, understand, and align the problems with their current process to BILL's Accounting and Wealth Management firm solutions. - Account Executives who consistently meet and exceed their targets will be considered for any number of exciting career expansion opportunities within our fast-growing organization. - If you're a motivated sales professional with at least 5+ years of experience exceeding quotas in a high volume, high velocity environment, we want to talk to you.
