Job Requirements
- What you you will be working on:
- Set and maintain KPIs and compensation plans focused on the end outcome/result - our revenue (quality vs quantity)
- Deliver high-performing B2B lead generation campaigns, managing lead data from acquisition to conversion, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Capture and develop new business opportunities through multi channel prospecting, cold calling, and networking by analysing market and competitor trends
- Work hand-in-hand with sales and marketing to align lead generation with commercial goals, allowing us to reach ARR goals.
- Implement new business development programs based on the data, messaging, events, and tools made available
- Specialist skills that the person needs to possess:
- Experience using CRM for prospecting, automation, and reporting on outbound sales activity. Experience with Hubspot CRM a plus
- Experience with Linkedin Sales Navigator
- Experience with Amplemarket or alternatives such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay
- Good familiarity with AI tools and experience using them
- Experience in devtools/cloud infrastructure/cloud security or related spaces
