Role Description What you will be working on: - Set and maintain KPIs and compensation plans focused on the end outcome/result - our revenue (quality vs quantity). - Deliver high-performing B2B lead generation campaigns, managing lead data from acquisition to conversion, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Capture and develop new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting, cold calling, and networking by analyzing market and competitor trends. - Work hand-in-hand with sales and marketing to align lead generation with commercial goals, allowing us to reach ARR goals. - Implement new business development programs based on the data, messaging, events, and tools made available.
