Picis is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager ("CSM") to join our growing Customer Success team! As a CSM, you will work directly with our customers to provide day-to-day support, assist team members with internal and external projects, and use your strong technical knowledge to test product releases and troubleshoot issues when they arise. This position works closely with all levels of the Customer Success and Product teams to provide our customers with outstanding service.
