Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, loan operations, loan processing, transaction coordination, or a related role within commercial lending, banking, or financial services in a high paced dynamic environment. - Background in customer success, B2B sales, client services, or borrower-facing roles in financial services or FinTech companies. - Basic understanding of commercial loan documentation, underwriting workflows, and commercial credit decisioning processes. - Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a proven ability to manage multiple and many concurrent applications at various pipeline stages and communicate clearly and effectively to company management and with borrowers. - Outstanding written and verbal skills, including seamlessly communicating with nonprofit borrowers and key nonprofit executives such as Executive Directors, Board Members, CFOs. - Ability to explain financial processes clearly to nonprofit borrowers. - Proficiency with CRM systems (SalesForce), loan origination systems, and standard productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Asana). - Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. - Proactive and accountable.
