• Gather and analyze functional requirements and create a shared understanding with internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with Product Owner, team, and other stakeholders to decompose large epic stories into features and user stories • Clearly articulate feature requirements through an agile development process • Effectively write user stories and acceptance criteria to express requirements to the development team • Work with the agile team throughout the product development, testing, and implementation phases

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2-4 years' experience in similar role
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Experience with XML and SQL
  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar Agile toolset a plus

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business analysis within Agile environments and a proven ability to translate business needs into effective software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to analyze business requirements, facilitate stakeholder communication, and support the successful delivery of high-quality software products. The candidate must reside within the continental US.
