• The Revenue Management Analyst assists in identifying and maximizing all potential revenue opportunities for a portfolio of hotels. • The role focuses on gathering data and conducting an analysis of revenue potential generated by both transient and group travel. • This role supports the Central Revenue Managers, with responsibilities assisting in: • Daily review and management of the Revenue Management System recommendations for room accommodation and rate inventory controls • Schedule Expectations: Due to business requirements, this position requires availability for shifts beginning between 6:00AM-7:30AM Eastern Time. • Ensure group inventory is managed • Implement strategies on 3rd party internet channels, ensuring parity in all distribution channels • Conduct group evaluation/displacement analysis as needed by hotel sales to determine the impact on hotel RevPAR and overall spend in the hotel • Prepare weekly strategy reports for numerous hotels used during their strategy meetings • Prepare monthly sell strategy review of a 12-month booking window. Ensure group strategies are in place with the hotel strategy team for the entire booking cycle.

Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a technical discipline, or any other relevant discipline is required. - Minimum of 8 years of professional analyst experience. - Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments, particularly within the SAFe framework. - Demonstrated expertise in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions, including hands-on experience analyzing, interpreting, and validating EDI data within complex enterprise workflows. - Proficient in software development processes, including requirements gathering, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business challenges and propose effective solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively with stakeholders and team members. Additional Qualifications: - Experience with SAFe/Agile, Certified SAFe Practitioner certification is preferred. - Experience with the VA or other Government agencies. - Ability to obtain government clearance. • You will join our Delivery team as a Business Analyst, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. • For your first 6-9 months, you will lead a critical initiative: transitioning complex enterprise workflows from Blue Prism to UiPath. • You will optimize these automations for the new platform, ensuring they are future-ready. • You will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical pods, owning requirement clarity and process validation. • You will be hands on and comfortable analyzing TDDs and eliciting gaps on behalf of the Development team. • You will create comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) that translate “As-Is” Blue Prism logic into optimized “To-Be” UiPath designs, maintaining strict traceability matrices throughout the migration.
