National Sales Development Manager
C.A. Fortune
• In this role, you'll oversee sales management within a designated territory or nationally, depending on client partnerships with C.A. Fortune. • You'll cultivate strong relationships with key account personnel across various functions. • Provide strategic advice on marketing and retail execution, and attend major industry events to represent your accounts. • Focus will be on meeting or exceeding client KPIs, delivering budgeted revenue while managing expenses, and identifying growth opportunities. • Develop and present impactful sales presentations, secure client-approved schematics, and support the Client Service Specialist in managing claims and trade deals.
Job Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of CPG experience
- Strong communication and organization
- Aptitude to effectively interpret and use multiple information sources to develop customer-specific tactical plans and options.
- Ability to read and interpret data (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI)
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships with customers and functional groups.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; problem solver; well-developed organizational, communication and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
