Lawson Analyst – Supply Chain Management (SCM)

CTG is seeking a highly experienced Lawson Analyst with deep expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to support ERP systems within a healthcare environment. This role will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting Lawson SCM modules while collaborating with supply chain stakeholders to ensure efficient system functionality and alignment with operational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical knowledge of Lawson SCM, and a deep understanding of healthcare supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities - Respond to requesters and approvers regarding access to Lawson and Office Depot. - Train users on submitting specials and choosing items from Lawson Catalog. - Train users on dos and don’ts of both Lawson and Office Depot. - Manage service now requests for access to Lawson and help escalate issues regarding missing menus or login errors. - Maintain PTO “stop dates” for managers while they are out so requisitions can bypass one manager and be approved by the next. - Help with tracking orders for Office Depot requests. Providing guidance with tracking information. - Help troubleshoot requisitions that cannot be processed and approved by management. - Restart requisitions when necessary. - Escalate any issues with not being able to use Account Codes and Activities to accounts payable. - Report item master issues to Analysts for resolution. - Meet time requirements to build new items in the Item Lawson Item Master and mirror in Cerner to create a CDM file in order to post charges timely. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on Lawson ERP experience with deep expertise in Supply Chain Management modules. - Strong knowledge of Lawson SCM including Procurement, Inventory Control, Requisitioning, and Vendor Management. - Experience supporting Lawson in a healthcare environment strongly preferred. - Experience supporting Lawson upgrades, testing, and production support. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with both technical teams and operational stakeholders. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Infor Lawson / Infor CloudSuite environments. - Knowledge of Lawson ProcessFlow, IPA, or Landmark technologies. - Experience with Lawson reporting tools, SQL, or data extraction/reporting platforms. - Prior experience supporting health system supply chain operations such as materials management, purchasing, and inventory logistics.
