Networks Business Development Associate
Cover Whale
• Collaborate closely with the Networks Lead to monitor and manage the performance of aggregator and wholesaler partners, ensuring alignment with Cover Whale’s growth objectives. • Conduct detailed analysis of production data, identifying trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for increased submissions and premium growth. • Prepare and maintain performance reports, scorecards, and any other tools to provide actionable insights for the Networks vertical. • Support day-to-day partner relationship management by coordinating follow-ups, gathering partner feedback, and assisting in the execution of engagement initiatives. • Assist in the evaluation of current and prospective network partners, providing research and recommendations based on market opportunities and strategic fit. • Coordinate internal communications between underwriting, marketing, and other internal teams to facilitate partner needs and resolve operational issues promptly. • Contribute to the development and refinement of processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Networks vertical. • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced project management environment and/or delivering consulting projects in customer-facing roles, a plus, within the insurance industry
- Experience with onboarding and guiding new customers toward realizing and repeating value
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with keen prioritization and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; you have the unique ability to talk about technical details and business strategy in the same conversation
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of a company and organization, including executive and C-level
- Exceptional phone and video presence and professional communication skills; proven ability to remain composed when faced with difficult issues and tight deadlines.
