Role Description MetaOption is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who could provide ongoing cross-functional support to our clients’ integrated Microsoft Dynamics Business Central financial, warehouse management, manufacturing, procurement, sales, and retail system. Excellent communication and diplomacy skill is a must have. You will be a problem solver and collaborate with various business units, and leverage internal, client and 3rd party IT teams to resolve application related issues as they arise. You will be seen as the internal expert and advisor to the executive leadership team to help guide decision making and planning around resources management, client satisfaction, and project progress. You will also be responsible for working closely with our internal teams and client IT or implementation partners to ensure functional requirements and system planning is communicated and executed effectively and timely. A strong business analysis paired with IT systems workflow skillset will make you successful in this role. You must also be very adaptable and can communicate effectively with staff level employees at operating sites as well as managerial and executive leaders. Responsibilities - Create project plans and track budgets versus actuals. - Coordinate discovery sessions, recurring client meetings, internal project meetings (SCRUM), PMO and resourcing meetings. - Direct and assign work to project staff and ensure quality and timely outcomes through validation and testing. - Mitigate scope creep by educating and negotiating with clients on the potential cause and effects of different directions. - Document and track client approvals and change orders, meanwhile also alerting clients to deviation of plans. - Train and coach staff on correct and best practices of the ERP and integrated app functionalities. - Triage and escalate training, data, software defects/bugs, or infrastructure support issues to the appropriate resources and follow through to resolution. - Guide client leadership on making sound value assessments for their project decisions via ROI analysis or similar. - Manage the relationships between clients, consultants, and partners to achieve successful deployments. - Manage, and advise stakeholders of security, functional, or performance deficiencies of the integrated ERP system and apps. - Manage and perform systems testing and design feedback loops between clients and technical consultants. - Willingness to travel to client retail locations and satellite operating sites (10%). Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, IT or Engineering. - 6+ yrs, proven experience in ERP project management. - Experience with MS Dynamics Business Central/NAV preferred. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Excellent organizational, problem solving and follow-through skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Deep interest in technology and an innate ability to learn new software tools and functionality very quickly. - Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage and take initiative on projects. Preferred Skills - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central; familiarity with LS Central a plus. - Experience working with wholesale retail, distribution centers, logistics, or manufacturing companies. - PMP certification. - IT roadmap budgeting and planning. - Any Microsoft Certifications a plus.

Role Description The Project Manager supports the Account Manager by developing and implementing comprehensive project plans for sign design, manufacturing, and installation, while meeting budget and gross margin targets. This role collaborates closely with internal departments—such as Art, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production Control—to ensure projects are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Additionally, the Project Manager selects and manages subcontractors, negotiates pricing, oversees installation quality, and prepares final billing packages for approval.
