• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and goals • Plan and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, and excursions • Create personalized itineraries tailored to client needs • Provide recommendations on destinations, activities, and travel packages • Stay up-to-date on travel trends, deals, and supplier offerings • Manage bookings, confirmations, and client communications • Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and travel issues • Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business • Promote travel services through social media or personal marketing (optional but encouraged)
Job Requirements
- Passion for travel and helping others
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills and comfort using online platforms
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
