Prairie Ridge Health

• Provide intervention, evaluation/assessment, individual, group and family counseling to individuals affected by behavioral health conditions to include all outpatient treatment programs. • Develop and maintain a community referral network. • Provide education and training to individuals, groups and agencies. • Assume 24 hour on-call duty once every staff rotation as needed. • Maintain all regulatory, contract and documentation standards and data collection, and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner. • Consistent collaboration and coordination of care between all Prairie Ridge services. • Attend staff consultation, supervision and training activities. • Maintain minimum productivity hours as set by the agency standard. • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
