Pricing and Discounts Manager

• Plan and execute a global discount calendar for 200+ products across digital partner portals (e.g. Steam, Xbox, Switch, PlayStation) • Develop data-informed discount strategies for catalog titles, bundles, and seasonal events • Maintain relationships with platform partners to secure high-visibility, revenue-driving promotional placements • Ensure timely submission of through partner portals (e.g., Steamworks, Partner Center) and coordinate with operations to ensure accuracy • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to align promotional windows with marketing beats and objectives • Manage wholesale pricing and partner relationships with key retailers • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and pricing tactics to inform new release pricing • Analyze performance of past discounts and identify optimization opportunities by SKU, platform, and timing
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial strategy, pricing, and promotions within the video game industry or comparable digital media vertical
- Ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel / Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Deep familiarity with digital gaming ecosystems and platform-specific promo tools and processes
