Join Advanced Sterilization Products’ (ASP’s) Medical Device Sales Development Program (SDP) and fast-track your path to an inside or outside sales representative selling medical devices at ASP. The full-time SDP is designed to invest in the long-term success of our future sales leaders. In the SDP, you will build competencies in sales such as prospecting, building rapport, lead qualification and interviewing. We are looking for a talented, motivated, competitive and well-spoken inside sales development specialist that wants to learn and grow in the medical device industry. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making hundreds of calls per day, working with Product Specialists and Account Managers and challenging the status quo. If you are customer obsessed and passionate about protecting patients in their most critical moments, then you should join our growing sales team. Responsibilities · Build consultative relationships with Operating Room (OR) Directors and Administrators, Sterilization Processing Technicians, and Materials Managers · Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails · Identify cross-sell and upsell products and services to achieve quarterly quotas from our current customers · Collaborate with account managers to set appointments and optimize the sales efforts of our company · Use consultative selling techniques to identify solutions to meet customer needs · Establish and maintain optimum account call frequencies which lead to better relationships with the customer, better understanding of the customer’s business and needs, and the accomplishment of the sales quota · Negotiate and renew ASP’s service contracts with current customers · In-service accounts by demonstrating some product applications, functionality and remotely through web- based technologies · Speak with clients over the phone, email or video conferencing in order to schedule, remind and follow up on appointments · Document sales activities within the Company’s established Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Qualifications · Strong listening and presentation skills · Comfortable in a fast-paced agile environment · Enthusiasm for sales and improving patient outcomes · Fast learner · Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day · Excellent verbal and written communications skills · Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively · Knowledge of the medical supplies/device business and healthcare environment a plus · Ability to comprehend complex scenarios and determine correct next steps · Strong communication and coloration skills #LI-Remote #LI-AG2 Fortive Corporation Overview Fortive’s essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
