Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Product Management with analytic/data-driven products within healthcare technology
- Healthcare background is required
- Must have 5+ years of experience working with data, data analytics, business intelligence tooling and data visualization
- Experience creating and executing product roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams to deliver data products
- Demonstrated expertise in using data to quantify and communicate ROI, value realization, and business impact
- Technical skills and experience in data analysis (e.g., SQL, python or statistical languages)
- Familiarity with modern BI tools (eg., Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight)
- Experience managing customer expectations and gathering user feedback to inform product enhancements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting data-driven insights to executive and customer audiences
- Experience working in an Agile environment using tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Overall responsibility of leading the migration of acquired firms’ client relationship management data from legacy systems to Salesforce, including serving as the project lead and liaise between acquired firm personnel, a third-party Salesforce consulting firm, M&A Integration Project Managers and other Mercer personnel. • Assist with the gathering, organizing and validating of client, account, transaction, performance and fee data from pre-acquisition portfolio management systems and prepare the data to be migrated to the Envestnet platform. • Interface with acquired firm employees and internal stakeholders to resolve post-migration clean up issues related to data feeds and missing data. • Generate Salesforce reports to match client households and individuals to account owners from pre-acquisition systems (utilizing Excel formulae to programmatically match households and person accounts). • Ensure that all accounts at all custodians are on a direct or third-party data feed from the custodian to Envestnet. • Possess the ability and to navigate and learn third party CRM and portfolio management systems.
• Oversee the definition and delivery of health and social data analytics and reporting products/services. • Serve as product owner for products and services from MX’s data platform, including creating new products/services and enhancing existing products/services to maximize value for MX participants. • As a product owner, document and track requirements, enhancements, and backlog from initial ideation through to eventual delivery. • Provide guidance, leadership and management of key data platform activities including, but not limited to: Reports, dashboards, and analytics deliverables to provide insights to meet internal and external business needs. • Data quality investigations, measurement, and improvement; and • Data life cycle management (including archival, compression) working with the Technical Operations team. • Support MX leadership in tracking progress/issues and delivering on key data team initiatives, including assigned Organization Key Results related to strategic MX objectives. • Provide direction on and apply best practices and approaches in the development of reports, dashboards, and analytics to democratize MX data for relevant use cases to support MX leadership and MX participants. • Conduct data analysis by defining and developing reports, dashboards, analytics, and research as assigned using SQL and identified business intelligence tools. • Establishing data usage guidelines and relevant data dictionaries for business leaders across the MX organization for accessing and leveraging MX data.
• Join a team of Data Analysts that influences the directions in which we push our Supply product as we seek to create even greater value for our customers over time • Define, evaluate, and monitor key metrics, understanding the root causes of changes, and proactively surface insights to Money Movement leadership • Perform A/B test analysis in partnership with the Checkout Product Team within our existing suite of tools and platforms. Deep dive into results to gather insights to shape the experimentation roadmap • Conduct exploratory analysis to identify areas to optimize our payment options and influence customers towards certain payment methods • Measure how different costs factor into our net take and work closely with Supply Product teams to identify areas that we could improve • Work closely with data and product team stakeholders to build lasting data modeling solutions, including automating analyses and authoring pipelines via SQL-based ETL frameworks • Communicate key learnings and recommendations to product teams in a manner that productively influences decision making
