Role Description The leading professional networking and job search platform is looking for a forward-thinking, data-driven AI Search Strategist to join our Organic Growth team and be the dedicated partner to a specific business unit, helping them adapt to the rapid shifts in AI-driven discovery. In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll translate emerging trends into actionable strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and measurable business impact. Qualifications - 3-5+ years of experience in SEO. Preferably 6–8+ years of experience in SEO, AI search, or digital marketing for enterprise-scale or global brands. - 2+ years of experience/familiarity with AI powered search platforms (ChatGPT, OpenAI, Perplexity, Google AIO, etc.). - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, data science, business or related field. - Familiarity with AI-powered search and content strategy, with a track record of driving measurable results. - Understanding of how AI-driven discovery surfaces (e.g., AI overviews, conversational search, generative recommendations) impact organic reach, in addition to an understanding of traditional search engines, and social surfaces. - Deep understanding of website health best practices, technical SEO, and structured data for AI/LLM discoverability. - Familiarity with web analytics, search tools, and social listening platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Tableau, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, Profound, and Sprinklr experience a plus). - Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment. - Analytical mindset with a bias for action and measurable results.
