Product Operations Specialist (Technical)
Mercor
Role Description Support program execution strategy for multiple products and platforms. Initiate 0 to 1 efforts, accelerate execution, and improve quality and outcomes for product objectives via programmatic and technical solutions. - Write and optimize SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product data. Identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. - Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Google Sheets. Communicate findings to stakeholders and support real-time decision-making. - Leverage AI agents and tools to accelerate data analysis and automate repetitive tasks. Prototype solutions effectively. - Identify program risks proactively. Develop data-backed mitigation plans and communicate updates clearly across cross-functional teams. - Manage general program activities. Identify opportunities and predict roadblocks through data analysis. Strengthen cross-functional relationships and execute plans with technical rigor.
