About the role BSI is seeking a motivated and detail oriented EHS Technology Consultant to support the design and delivery of technology-enabled Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) solutions. This role is ideal for a technically curious and client-focused professional who enjoys working at the intersection of EHS, data, and software systems. You will support clients in enhancing their EHS programs through modern tools, automation, and system optimization. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to configure systems, improve workflows, and ensure high-quality data and reporting. You will play a key role in helping organizations modernize and scale their EHS programs through technology. Key responsibilities - Support clients in assessing, configuring, and optimizing EHS software systems and digital workflows - Assist in the design and implementation of technology-enabled EHS solutions, including automation and reporting tools - Maintain and validate project and system data, ensuring accuracy and quality control - Translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams and client partners to deliver successful project outcomes - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery What we’re looking for - 3 to 5 years of experience in EHS consulting, software implementation, or technical project support - Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, or a related field - Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail - Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - Experience with SaaS platforms, system configuration, or digital tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools - Knowledge of EHS management systems and regulatory environments - Experience with SQL, Power BI, or data visualization tools - Familiarity with databases such as relational or JSON structures - Exposure to Python, automation tools, or scripting - Experience working in client facing or consulting environments What we offer BSI offers a competitive salary, group-sponsored health and dental, short-term and long-term disability, a company-matched 401k plan, company paid life insurance, 11 paid holidays and 4 weeks paid time off.
