Job Description As a scout, you will create written and social media content. You will attend high school and club games, watch game film, and publish player-driven analysis on Prep Network's website. You will utilize your existing network with high school and college coaches in your community to grow the Prep Network footprint. JANUS Research is hiring a Part-Time-On-Call (PTOC) Future Warfare Military Analyst position supporting the Army Wargaming Branch of Army Futures Command, Futures and Concept Center, Future Warfare Division (FWD). Analysts participate in FWD’s Future Study Program (FSP) events throughout the study year conducting collection and analysis of observations for an operational level wargame set in 2040. Candidate MUST be able to support our upcoming Wargaming event at the Army War College from 26 April 2026 - 15 May 2026. Analyst support will vary based on event design and includes: - Quantitative / qualitative analysis and visualization. - Understanding of FSP learning demands as approved by FWD leadership. - Execution of the analytical collection plan to collect information pertaining to learning demands and EEAs. - Research to address specific leadership questions and directives. - Coordination with FSP event facilitators and focus group/work group leads to develop methods to address areas of analysis. - Development of key quantitative and qualitative analytical insights and themes. - Train with the model and/or simulations used in support of an FWD event.
