HERE’S WHAT THE JOB REALLY LOOKS LIKE The Contracts Team is a division of the Corporate Legal Department and is responsible for facilitating the overall contracting process, including review, drafting, negotiation, approval, execution and data management related to all client and procurement contracts and legal documents executed by the organization. The Specialist is integral to this process and performs or assists with the following essential job duties. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT Perform Initial review of contract requests and coordinate with internal contract requesters to ensure complete and accurate submission/documentation. WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO - Review contract documents to verify compliance with current standards or identify deviations and coordinate with designated subject matter expert to obtain input/approvals. - Draft and/or revise, with legal oversight and approval, legal/contract documents such as MSAs, SOWs and amendments. - Assist with client discussions, redlines and negotiations. - Secure final leadership approvals and facilitates execution. - Assist with population and maintenance of data repository. - Perform other contract review and administration function. - Assist with special contracts and/or legal team projects. - Other duties, as assigned
