The Role: What You’ll Do - Prepare and serve RYZE coffee, matcha, and chai lattes following company recipes and presentation standards. - Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process transactions using the POS system. - Educate guests about RYZE’s products, ingredients, and brand story, encouraging sales of lattes, coffee bags, and subscriptions. - Operate latte machines and café equipment safely and efficiently. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations, equipment, and customer spaces. - Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise throughout the shift. - Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. - Follow RYZE’s hospitality standards to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. - Other related duties may be assigned.)
