Role Description The Fan Experience team is seeking two season-long Spirit Squad members to support the on-site Fan Experience game production and event operations at all (16) event weekends during the season. These Spirit Squad members will work directly with the Fan Experience Game Presentation team and our third-party production agency to ensure a smooth gameday execution. The Spirit Squad will engage fans across multiple touchpoints to create an electric atmosphere, drive fan participation, and elevate the event’s energy both inside and outside the stadium. Their focus will be on converting casual attendees into passionate PLL fans by fostering a sense of belonging and community through personal interactions and immersive experiences. The Spirit Squad will represent the league with energy and enthusiasm in new and unique ways. Qualifications - Attend (1, 1-hour) virtual pre-season training/education session - Participate in (Weekly, 30-minutes) pre-event check-in & staffing planning session with the Fan Experience team Requirements - Passion for lacrosse and the PLL (Premier Lacrosse League) + the WLL (Women’s Lacrosse League) - Willing and able to travel to all 16 events and work weekends (May 8th - September 20th) - Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and positive attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Maintain a constant positive attitude and great spirit throughout long event days - Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation, including: - Lifting up to 50 lbs - Being on your feet for 8-10 hours per day - Working long event days in varied weather conditions Benefits - Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (depending on location and experience) - All travel expenses including: travel (flights, trains, and/or ground transportation), hotels, meals, + other miscellaneous costs (ie. checked luggage) are covered by the PLL

POSITION SUMMARY: The Community Ambassador (CA) role is designed to build capacity within World Relief, the refugee and immigrant communities we serve, and the broader Spokane community. This hybrid position strengthens integration, belonging, and empowerment for the Afghan community. The CA will work both in the office and in the community—conducting outreach, organizing culturally relevant events, and ensuring Afghan families have access to information, programs, and social services offered through World Relief and across Spokane. The CA serves as a trusted bridge between World Relief and the Afghan community by strengthening relationships, sharing resources, and building community connections. This is a part-time position for 16 hours with a mix of remote work, community events and home visits, and one in‑office day per week. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct regular outreach to individuals and families within the Afghan community, including follow-up on needs and referrals. - Plan, design, and implement events and culturally relevant activities for the Afghan community. - Collaborate with the CA team and other departments to ensure the Afghan community is aware of and connected to World Relief programs and services. - Assist with applications and navigation of community resources (benefits, housing supports, education programs, etc.). - Provide updates to the CA team on changing community resources that support the Afghan community. - Promote World Relief and partner events. - Participate in and help deliver group-based educational or community-building sessions (virtual or in-person). - Support outreach efforts for Education Center workshops and classes to strengthen attendance from the Afghan community. - Provide interpretation in Dari or Pashto for individuals accessing World Relief programs and services. - Document and record outreach, events, outcomes, and follow-up steps. - Attend meetings, trainings, and CA team check-ins. - Other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Mature and personal Christian faith - Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief - Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities - Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Association of Evangelicals' For the Health of The Nation document - Experience working in multicultural settings and across language barriers. - Basic computer proficiency, including email, internet navigation, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English required. - Valid driver's license - Detail-oriented and highly organized. - Self-starter, capable of working independently and collaboratively. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Provides merchandising service, product education, product demonstration, customer service and display maintenance support to retail stores • Serves as a Nintendo brand ambassador for both retail locations and events in their local community • Completes store calls with focus on special projects, top volume and high profile stores • Provides real time information on assigned stores by utilizing a tablet device to respond to surveys and file reports from the field • Conducts inventories and works with management to adjust discrepancies • Manages demo software in assigned territory • Builds relationships and maintains communication with store personnel and store management • Maintains display parts and POP (Point of Purchase) inventory • Sets up and maintains displays and display cases • Restocks product from store inventory to shelves • May assist with reset of large planograms • Cleans and repairs displays • Distributes POP items • Utilizes selling techniques and knowledge of Nintendo products to aid customers with purchasing decisions • Provides product demonstrations and education to store personnel, both individual and group presentations during store calls, weekend demonstrations and outside opportunities • Gathers and provides to NMI management insights from the field, to include both written information and digital photographs • Participates in monthly conference calls and product training calls as scheduled
