Role Description As our Donor & Grants Research Manager, you will be the detective of our Growth Team — identifying, researching, and qualifying grant opportunities and donor prospects that align with our mission. You will ensure we invest our energy into opportunities where we truly fit, while helping the team build strong relationships with funders from the very first contact. The Research Associate will work as part of interdisciplinary project teams and contribute to research and implementation efforts across a range of policy areas. This role may support federally funded initiatives, including work related to health systems governance and modernization efforts, such as AIR’s support of the Health Resources and Services Administration’s Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN).
