Onboarding Support Specialist Intern
Arkansas Center for Data Sciences
• Create and manage profiles within the client’s internal system using provided onboarding spreadsheets • Accurately enter sensitive personal data to ensure profiles are completed correctly before progressing in the onboarding process • Support high-volume profile creation as new centers expand • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance when handling personal information • Communicate professionally with internal team members via email, phone, and virtual platforms • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and escalate issues as needed
Job Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in an administrative, operations, customer support, or tech-enabled role
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and browser tabs simultaneously (Salesforce-style environments preferred)
- Proficient with spreadsheets and internal systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Current Arkansas state resident
- Must currently live in Washington or Benton County
- Ability to work full-time in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.

Role Description OpenLoop is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Experience Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing client-facing support channels while resolving high-priority patient concerns.
