Executive Specialty Sales Representative - Focus: Advanced expertise, long-term account strategy, and enterprise-level customer engagement. - Serves as advanced subject-matter expert in asthma disease state and competitive landscape. - Leads long-term account planning with complex customer systems. - Conducts advanced clinical discussions based on patient pathways and evidence. - Recognized internally and externally for expertise and credibility. - Mentors junior representatives and models high standards of execution. - Translates market trends and customer insights into strategic feedback for leadership. - Operates independently in complex and highly competitive environments. - Experience and Qualifications - 13+ years pharmaceutical sales experience. - Significant respiratory and asthma market expertise. - Demonstrated history of sustained performance and long-term customer relationships. - Advanced clinical and business acumen. Work Environment - This position reports to the Regional Sales Director. - This position is field-based and may require up to 40% travel (customer visits, company meetings, conferences). #LI-Remote Compensation The annual base pay for this position ranges from $130,000 to $190,000. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
