Inception Fertility
• Verify timekeeping records and consult managers/employees about any discrepancies. • Answer inquiries regarding PTO balances. • Record payroll data in our software system and verify all amounts prior to payroll processing. • Answer inquiries regarding employee check details. • Responsible for processing bi-weekly payrolls and running payroll reports through the payroll system. • Maintain accurate and organized files, including the electronic filing of time and payroll reports. • Work closely with leaders across the organization, payroll leadership, and Human Resources to ensure accuracy of payroll processing. • Support and actively participates in initiatives designed to improve individual and organizational performance. • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years payroll processing experience required; Canda payroll experience strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree strongly preferred.
- Multi-company payroll experience strongly preferred.
- Prior Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) Pro and Pro WFM experience required.

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of the semi-monthly payroll, including the upload of payroll data, maintenance of personnel records, and processing of complex deductions such as levies and garnishments • Responsible for all equity-related payroll tasks, including the taxation of stock options, RSUs, and ESPP.
