Analytics Director

Xpect Solutions

Role Description The position will work hand in hand with internal and external stakeholders to architect and build analytics workflows, tools, and solutions that drive scalability and efficiency focused on the company priorities. The intent of this role is to assist with building productized solutions that increase profits, streamline processes, and achieve a higher enterprise value for the organization. Operations Focus - Work with the VP of Technical Solutions and the Delivery Team to drive innovation and efficiency through the development of analytics and AI products within our core accounts. - Build automation where applicable inside our Network Vertical. - Build automation and advance the productization efforts in our Cyber Vertical. - Work with the VP of Tech and Delivery to implement a new analytics platform for our Data Vertical. - Assist the VP of Tech with building out the Xpect Analytics Center of Excellence Platform. - Work with the Digital Vertical President to implement AI solutions for our public-facing clients. Growth Focus - Work with the VP of Technical Solutions and Growth to drive profitability, efficiency, and new business revenue to the organization. - Assist the growth team in vetting opportunities that align to our Data Vertical. - Provide AI/Analytics solutions that differentiate Xpect from their competition. - Work with the VP of Technical Solutions to build productized solutions that we can market to our customers for new pursuits. - Assist our enterprise customers with automation and AI solutions associated with our Cyber Vertical. Corporate Focus - Work with the COO, CFO, and VP of Technical Solutions to drive efficiency and innovation into our corporate departments. - Define, educate, and hold accountable the performance standards for AI across the corporate office. - Work with the VP of Technical Solutions to plot out our strategy for a 2-year plan to implement AI across the company and define what the vision, goals, and performance outcomes will be. - Work with the COO, CFO, and VP of Technical Solutions to bring the plan to life and ensure that we are building a scalable corporate office in alignment with the roadmap. Qualifications - A minimum of 10 years supporting the Federal Government in a consulting capacity. - Must have experience briefing senior level executives and advising technical staff. - Must be able to lead the rollout of new Analytics products for the organization. - Must have experience implementing and architecting analytics tools in an enterprise environment. - Must have experience managing technical projects throughout the full lifecycle. - Bachelor’s degree in a related field. - Must have a current active Top-Secret clearance for this role. This role will have the opportunity to build (from the ground up) and lead Corporate Account teams, overseeing the strategic relationships with key payer stakeholders focused on the generating patient access across national and regional plans.
