• Lead development and implementation of certification and competency programs and assurance management system for Field Engineers, Craft, OSS and O&M employees • Partner with business / segment leaders to understand global training gaps and needs and ensure prioritization of necessary program creation and completion to meet the needs of the business • Define, consolidate and collaborate with field and resource operations to provide the business with robust reports and metrics that facilitate data made decisions for placing the Right People in the Right Outages at the Right Time for the best costs • Lead and direct the global Field Technical Assessor process, to include Assessor development, deployment strategy and health metrics • Partner with Field and Resource Operations, as well as all Regional Operations, to produce the training forecast requirements that are based on gap analysis of competence coupled with forecast • Drive implementation of competencies in Kahuna for all roles • Chair the Chief TFA Council and define/develop plan for determining biggest needs of field resources and partner with business segments to close those gaps • Develop and communicate the overall mission, strategy, and standards for leadership program(s) in close partnership with all key stakeholders. • Create and implement the SM and OM competencies and programs including certifications • Drive OFS adoption and use of the Kahuna Competency program • Accountable for the Programs and Competency Budget • Lead the Power Plant Simulation development team and deliverables for training
