Role Description We are looking for an affiliate and partnerships manager who can build and scale real performance channels. This is a full-time remote role. - Work directly with leadership to build a high-performing affiliate sales engine. - Recruiting and managing affiliates. - Building relationships with content creators, influencers, publishers, and celebrities. - Structuring lucrative commission programs. - Driving measurable sales growth through partnerships. - Managing outreach, onboarding, tracking, and performance. - Expanding affiliate channels across multiple platforms. Qualifications - Proven experience generating results with affiliates. - Understanding of performance-based partnerships. - Ability to negotiate and close influencer deals. - Comfortable working with high-ticket products. - Experience with high ticket or bulky products is a strong advantage. Requirements - Minimum 5 years experience in affiliate or partnerships management preferred. - Proven track record with influencers, creators, affiliates, publishers, or celebrity partnerships. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Performance-driven mindset. - Must be able to work full-time remote. Benefits - Salary range: $38,000 to $150,000 based on experience. - This is a growth role with long-term upside. • Refer potential clients who are actively interested in immigrating to Canada • Ensure that referred clients are either French-speaking or committed to learning French • Maintain clear communication with our team regarding referred clients

• Help manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships on various affiliate network • Review and approve affiliate applications • Help manage monthly affiliate budgets across all brands • Manage one Coordinator • Monitor day to day affiliate activities, responding to publisher inquiries and drafting communications and newsletters for various campaigns • Work closely with publishers and network teams • Manage multiple brands • Execute affiliate promotional campaigns and communicate new offers to publishers • Run and analyze reports, give insights and recommend improvements on affiliate activities and on the overall program • Initiate new campaign ideas and placement/exclusive • Oversee affiliate newsletters

• Develop and manage tourism and ecotourism products and experiences. • Identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and service providers. • Close deals and grow client accounts. • Manage and update tourism-related online platforms and websites. • Oversee social media accounts and online presence. • Lead day-to-day business operations and ensure client satisfaction. • Represent Brights in tourism-related events and opportunities.
