Senior Copywriter

Role Description We need a single, exceptional copywriter who can own the written word across everything Seeking puts into the world. This is not a role for a specialist. This is a role for a versatile, high-output writer who can switch between a five-word headline and a five-hundred-word email in the same afternoon — and make both of them sharp, persuasive, and unmistakably on-brand. You will be the connective tissue between our marketing team, our product team, and our customers. You will write: - The ads that capture attention in a world drowning in noise. - The emails that get opened, read, and acted on. - The in-product copy that makes the user experience intuitive and clear. - The scripts that bring our brand to life on screen. And you will do all of it with the discipline of someone who understands that every word is a business decision. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional copywriting experience across multiple formats: ads, email, product/UX, landing pages, scripts, and social. - A portfolio that proves range, including short-form, mid-form, and long-form examples. - Proven conversion copywriting ability. - Exceptional grammar, editing, and proofreading skills. - Deep understanding of audience segmentation and tone adaptation. - AI proficiency. - Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals. - Experience with A/B testing copy and iterating based on performance data. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across fast timelines without sacrificing quality. - Must be able to travel for team meetings, shoots, company events, and project needs. - Strong preference for candidates open to relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Experience in luxury, lifestyle, dating, or subscription-based brands (preferred). - Background in direct response copywriting or performance marketing (preferred). - Experience writing UGC-style ad scripts and influencer briefs (preferred). - Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and design collaboration tools (preferred). - Understanding of consumer psychology, behavioral economics, or persuasion frameworks (preferred).
