Role Description The Client Services Intern will support cross‑functional teams in the planning, execution, and documentation of client campaigns. This role is ideal for a student interested in project management, marketing operations, or client services. The intern will gain hands‑on experience with workflow tools, cross‑team collaboration, and real‑world campaign execution in a fast‑paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities - Project Support - Assist with setting up projects in Asana and maintaining timelines, tasks, and milestones. - Help track progress across workstreams and escalate questions or potential delays to the project lead. - Capture meeting notes, decisions, and action items to support team alignment. - Client Coordination - Attend client meetings to observe, take notes, and support follow‑up actions. - Help prepare status updates, timelines, and project materials for client review. - Assist with sending initial questionnaires and organizing client folders in Box. - Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Work with internal teams (Marketing, Data, Engineering) to gather information and ensure requirements are clearly documented. - Support coordination of workflows related to campaign launches, reporting cycles, and platform updates. - Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation updates, and basic QA checks. - Platform & Submission Assistance - Complete platform training and help organize submission materials. - Maintain tracking sheets with login details and submission information. - Document submission specifications and assist with uploading materials into client platforms. - Attend MLR review calls as an observer. - Documentation & Organizational Support - Help maintain accurate, version‑controlled project documentation, including trackers and timelines. - Assist with updating statements of work (SOWs), change requests, and contract‑related documents under team guidance. - Ensure all files are organized and stored according to internal standards.
