Director of Digital Partnerships Senior Director of Digital Partnerships Location: Remote Stand Up America a progressive, digital-first advocacy organization with over 2 million grassroots members who are working to stand up to corruption and build a more representative democracy. We focus on grassroots advocacy and mobilization to stand up to corruption and voter suppression, protect the rule of law, and build a more representative democracy. Since 2017, we have driven over 4 million calls and emails to lawmakers, mobilized over 100,000 protestors, and contacted tens of millions of voters. We've contributed our digital expertise and grassroots advocacy power to more than 80 state and federal legislative, ballot initiative, and electoral campaigns. Since 2019, Stand Up America's influencer work has engaged hundreds of influencers and generated thousands of social media posts that reached tens of millions of Americans and drove measurable outcomes, like helping Americans find volunteer opportunities, attend a protest, or make a call to their legislator. We're looking for a Director or Senior Director of Digital Partnerships (based on experience) to build on this foundation and grow what we do. This is a new role to lead our digital partnerships program across creators, influencers, talent, and allied organizations, and take on project management that supports those campaigns. You'll have autonomy to help shape this program, and we need someone who thrives with that. This role reports to our Managing Director of Digital Campaigns. Key responsibilities: Partnerships - Pitch and secure content collaborations with creators and allied organizations, working closely with the social media team to integrate partnerships into our content calendar - Lead outreach to celebrities, connectors, talent managers, publicists, and other representatives. Work the list, schedule calls, send follow-ups, and turn conversations into plans to engage those people around our campaigns - Manage relationships with firms that run paid creator campaigns on our behalf, and assess how effectively they are driving meaningful content and actions - Coordinate rapid-response partnership activations when news breaks or legislation moves, knowing which relationships to activate in which moment and moving quickly to drive impact - Represent Stand Up America in coalition spaces focused on digital strategy and content distribution Project Management and Program Operations - Build and maintain a system to track partnership outreach across paid creator, organizational, and celebrity streams, and work with the data team to analyze what's working and where to invest - Help project manage the digital partnership aspects of state and electoral campaigns, including scoping what digital support SUA provides to partners - Take on projects outside other teams' bandwidth that benefit from a partnerships or digital lens You have: - 5-8 years of relevant experience for the Director role, 8+ years for the Senior Director role, in digital partnerships, creator/influencer marketing, talent management, digital media, or a related field - Experience in progressive advocacy, campaigns, or politics - Experience managing external partnerships or working in a client-facing role, with a track record of building relationships that drive impact - Strong writing skills and the ability to produce compelling briefs, proposals, and content - Passion for voting rights, fighting back against corruption, and protecting the rule of law You may have: - Experience negotiating compensation or contracts with creators - Experience drafting social for Instagram and YouTube, particularly for creators - Experience deploying content during rapid-response moments - Comfort working with high-profile talent and maintaining discretion and professionalism - Familiarity with tools we use like Action Network, Buffer, ManyChat, Strive, or Mobilize Stand Up America celebrates diversity in race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, class, ability, life experiences, and background. As Associate Director, DTC Innovation & Digital Health, you will be an integral team member to execute the strategy for BeOne’s next-generation customer experience technologies for individuals affected by chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and for trial recruitment for BeOne Medicine’s broad portfolio of liquid and solid tumors. You’ll be responsible for producing and delivering content and tactics that allows for a seamless, compliant, and personalized customer experience—one that helps patients and caregivers navigate their health journey with confidence and clarity. You’ll partner with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver digital products that are data-informed, insight-driven, and human-first. Leveling is flexible. This position may be filled at the Associate Director or Director level, depending on qualifications. Essential Functions of the Job: - Continually develop, refine, and deliver crisp, on-strategy content (copy & design) that furthers key strategic messages, including: - Web page content - E-mail content - Social media content - Organic & paid media content (e.g., banner ads, search terms) - Sales & MSL training content - Internal awareness decks - Op-eds - Videos - Lead team interactions with PRC for medical, legal, compliance, privacy, and regulatory reviews and liaise with MRC as needed - Onboard and use new AI-based tools as necessary to shorten the cycle between conception and delivery of a marketing tactics - Use data, experimentation, and user research to identify friction points and help build solutions that deepen engagement and trust - Develop and manage analytics reporting for key performance indicators, including engagement, satisfaction, performance, accessibility, and conversion - Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and WCAG standards while maintaining frictionless user experiences - Championing a customer-first culture, balancing measurable impact with empathy, inclusion, and accessibility We’re particularly interested in candidates who have marketing backgrounds in health, wellness, or experience platforms at leading consumer technology companies, or health startup similar environments, and who are motivated by impact in human health. Minimum Qualifications - 8+ years of pharma marketing experience, including PRC submissions - Proven ability to deliver products on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy - Deep technical fluency with Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud, analytics, CMS, and web architecture. - Demonstrated success using data and behavioral insights to drive product optimization. - Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills. - Strong understanding of regulatory and privacy frameworks in healthcare and patient engagement. Preferred Qualifications - Expertise in AI-driven personalization, experimentation frameworks, and large-scale user engagement. - Background in oncology, chronic disease management, or digital therapeutics a plus.
