Job Summary The Telemarketing Sales Coordinator I position provides an initial positive impression of the company by calling clients in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. You will assist our agents by screening calls, transferring calls to our licensed agents, and more. Primary Responsibilities: - Manage large amounts of inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely manner - Follow communication scripts, prompts, call flows when handling different topics - Identify customer’s needs and clarify information - Seize opportunities to transfer calls to our licensed agents and schedule appointments, where applicable - Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible manner - Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support. - Ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters - Ability to work well in a structured work setting and adhere to a daily schedule - Work closely with Call Center Managers to promptly resolve issues - Handle complaints professionally - Meet personal/team/site qualitative and quantitative targets - Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and decision-making skills - Perform other duties as assigned Primary Skills & Requirements: - High School degree or equivalent - 0-2 years of relevant experience - Customer Service Experience - Eager and willing to learn - Have compassion and a strong work ethic - Have strong communication skills and computer literacy About Integrity Integrity is one of the nation’s leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
