• Independently drive or fly to commercial properties to capture precise data • Use 3D cameras, laser measurement tools, and specialized software to document building measurements, sprinkler, HVAC locations, and interior/exterior features • Gather data, take measurements, and input data while ensuring accuracy • Communicate with property managers to gather access information for appointments and arrival times
Job Requirements
- Experience in mapping, property appraisal, inspections, GIS, data collection, data entry, land surveying, or outdoor, detail-oriented fieldwork
- Ability to travel out of state Monday–Friday (home most weekends)
- Use of own reliable vehicle capable of carrying a 6-foot ladder and long-distance travel
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, climb ladders up to 30 feet, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Confident use of technology (iPads, laptops, mobile apps, photography technology)
- Follow detailed instructions with accuracy and care
- Stay focused, organized, and self-motivated while working alone
