Project Scheduler I
E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc.
• Creating and updating program and project schedules in Primavera P6 and subsequent versions • Integrate contractor schedules and fragmented networks (fragnets) • Attend regularly and as-needed meetings with managers and stakeholders • Create routine and as-needed reports, such as summary and lookahead schedules, key milestones and baseline variances • Coordinate tasks with other schedulers • Analyze schedules for compression opportunities and identify developing problem areas • Cost and resource-load schedules • Communicate timely and effectively with clients and stakeholders • Adhere to the prescribed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), global codes, and templates • Publish schedules in PDF and other formats to the prescribed locations • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and refine templates • Integrate Primavera P6 data to other platforms, such as K2, SAP, IBM Planning Analytics • Support project management team to maintain timely and effective change management process, procedures and systems • Perform QA/QC checks of project schedules and inform Project Managers about issues that need to be resolved
Job Requirements
- High school graduate required
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field from accredited program or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 0-2 years of direct or relevant experience with degree, 2-4 years direct or relevant experience without degree
- Primavera version 6 (P6) - an Oracle product
- Proficient in Office 365; SharePoint Online
- Communicate effectively to a diverse audience of different levels of education and expertise verbally and in writing; able to present to a large audience; works well in one-on-one and group settings requiring good interpersonal skills
