• determine individualized treatment plans for patients; facilitate changes to treatment plans when patients are not improving as expected, either independently or consulting with a more experienced provider. • use motivational interviewing, behavioral activation and other behavioral interventions as needed to motivate patients to remain in care and adherent to their treatment plan. Conduct behavioral health / psych evals for the suite of psych services we treat (depression, anxiety, insomnia, etc.) • systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and side effects, treatment adherence, the effectiveness of treatment or complications, and prescribe or queue the appropriate medications • provide patient education on OUD and MOUD • Document all patient encounters in Ophelia’s EHR in a timely and high quality manner

• Provide remote counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. • Collaborate with clients to identify concerns, define counseling goals, and develop actionable treatment plans. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all state, federal, and company policies (i.e., HIPAA). • Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, meetings, and training opportunities. • Integrate Christian faith and psychological best practices in therapy as appropriate. • Refer clients to other resources or specialists as needed. • Engage in occasional community outreach or ministry initiatives relevant to Light Counseling’s mission. • Provide clinical supervision or mentorship to interns and residents (if qualified). • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Conduct physical inspections of dealer inventories • Communicate effectively with dealer staff and head office personnel • Verify financed assets and submit accurate reports • Plan and organize inspections efficiently

• Properly identify and mark underground utilities • Ability to read and interpret utility maps/prints • Ability to walk on all types of terrain (grass, gravel, dirt and roadways). • Ability to work year-round in all outside weather conditions • Out of town travel with overnights may be occasionally required. • May be required to work day, evening or night hours, overtime, weekends • Accurately document and complete paperwork/deliverables for each job • Follow all safety practices and procedures • Strong communication with teammates and clients • Perform other related duties as assigned
