Job Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or GTM leadership roles
- Experience operating at a VP or equivalent level in a B2B or D2C technology company
- A track record of building partnerships functions from scratch or significantly scaling them
- Strong experience working with hardware + software businesses, platforms, or ecosystems (IoT, smart home, proptech, security, SaaS, infrastructure, or adjacent industries)
- Comfort operating across multiple business models (enterprise B2B, D2C, services, channel)
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous opportunity spaces into structured, executable plans
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills—you can influence the C-suite and the board
- A hands-on mindset: you can design strategy and negotiate deals yourself
- Experience expanding a company into new verticals or markets via partnerships
