Business Analyst
DCM Services
• Analyze client data files using robust account reconciliation methods to identify discrepancies, trends, and anomalies. • Troubleshoot data irregularities and develop solutions to improve accuracy and data integrity. • Support, troubleshoot, and improve file exchange processes (EDI, automated/manual transfers). • Work with internal teams (Operations, Accounting, Compliance, IT/EDI, PMO) to resolve data mapping issues, support audits, and implement process improvements. • Maintain thorough documentation for EDI processes, BA procedures, and client file transfer protocols.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of business operations, accounting principles, financial concepts, and reconciliation processes
- Experience with data reconciliation and file transfer processes
- Knowledge of EDI systems, data mapping, SQL, process automation, and data visualization tools
